NO Refund Policy:

Due to the specificity of psychic tarot reading and the uniqueness of each tarot reading, time and energy devoted to it - there is no possibility of refund. Because fortune telling is non-refundable.
When you decide to purchase and pay for tarot cards reading, you are aware that your prediction may not be 100% correct and you are not entitled to a refund.

How does the process work?

-The reading of your choose will be sent via email, so make sure you use your best email address during purchase. Remember to also check the SPAM folder in your email, as sometimes your reading may end up there

-Remember that to place an order you must leave your name and date of birth-day/month/year  in "Order special  instructions" 

-when you receive an email with answers to the questions you have purchased, the order is considered to have been completed

When I receive the order?

-I always try to respond as quickly as possible or within 24 hours,
however, the waiting time may take 1-2 days.
I reserve the right to extend the response time due random situations such as illness, lack of Internet access, failures, etc. or because of many order quantities

I have a problem with my order, what can I do?

Tarot Cards Reading:

-in my readings I also discuss health-related issues. REMEMBER, MY READING IS NOT PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE and I am NOT a doctor. The ONLY appropriate place to check your health is a doctor, GP, health clinic, hospital, ect !

-Due to the specificity of the fortune telling service, by making a purchase, you understand and accept the fact that psychic and tarot card reading is a form of entertainment

The spell!/ritual /healing service is spiritual and entertainment in nature. I do not guarantee specific results — rituals are a form of working with intention, and their effectiveness depends on many factors, including your own mindset. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice.
